How do I track my order?
All orders receive tracking info within 1-2 business days after processing via email. Email comes directly from Paypal.
WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME?
WE SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES ONLY. (we cannot ship to military bases or PO boxes - sorry for the inconvenience)
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. The Shrewd Closet is not responsible for orders lost in the mail, unclaimed/refused packages, and/or incorrect addresses supplied by customers after the package has already shipped.
Customers will be able to track their package upon receiving their shipping confirmation email.
USPS Priority Shipping: [1-3 business days after processing]
If a customer chooses this shipping option, the package will be shipped via USPS priority (1-3 business days).
This is after 1-2 business days for processing time. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Standard USPS Shipping: [3-5 business days after processing]
If a customer chooses this shipping option, the package will be shipped USPS first class or retail ground to the customer and the customer accepts time of arrival of (3-5 business days) after processing time. (no exceptions) This option is free with purchase of $75 USD (before taxes)
Currently, we do not have standard shipping faster than USPS Priority shipping.
Special express shipping requests must be emailed to TheShrewdCloset@gmail.com.
You will be invoiced the cost to ship USPS priority mail express.
WHICH SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
Clothing - up to a size US 10 in most (up to size US 12-15 in a few options)
Outerwear - up to a size US 14 in women
The Shrew Closet is actively looking for vendors that carry plus sizes and value any feedback you have on item selection.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express directly on our site, as well as PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can submit payment information via credit/debit card. We also offer Afterpay - shop now, pay later over time.
WHAT'S YOUR POLICY FOR ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS?
All order changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order via email directly at theShrewdCloset@gmail.com. No exceptions.

WHAT'S YOUR PROCESS FOR PREORDERS/CUSTOM ITEMS?
The date which pre-orders will be shipped is custom to each item and is in the product description.
Please make sure you check the date before placing an order.
Rush and express shipping are not applicable to pre-ordered items.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped via regular shipping rates on our website.
The Shrewd Closet has the right to change the ship date and will notify customers impacted via email.
DO YOU ACCEPT LAYAWAY/PAYMENT PLANS?
The Shrewd Closet offers Afterpay which you can shop now - pay later over time.
PayPal also has an offering - Pay now or pay over time with PayPal Credit.

We encourage responsible saving towards luxury items and we want all of our customers to be able to experience luxury.
WHAT'S YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
Customers are solely responsible for returning merchandise within 7 days of receipt to the PO Box address below.
STANDARD RETURNS* WILL BE PROCESSED AS AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. (No refunds)
*Standard returns excludes custom/pre-orders, jewelry, bodysuits, digital products, and sale items.
It’s recommended to ship your eligible returns insured for your benefit.
Include a copy of your order number, phone number, note if you want to exchange (if so size, color etc.) and email address inside your package so your credit or exchange can be easily processed to: The Shrewd Closet, PO Box 10783, Stamford, CT 06904
For added security reasons, feel free to email your order number and return tracking number to TheShrewdCloset@gmail.com.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days upon inspection and shipped via USPS mail if the item is in stock.
Store credits will be processed within 7 days upon inspection in the form of a unique promo code.
Please do not share code with others as it’s unique to your name and email.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, not soiled or defective (tag still intact) and will be inspected once returned. Therefore, Items must be returned in original condition. The Shrewd Closet has the right to reject any returns that fail inspection and will return to sender.
Note: All custom/pre-orders, jewelry, digital and bodysuits items are excluded from exchanges/store credit.
All sale items are final - no exceptions. This includes website-wide sales and discount codes.
